Occupational Therapist - Calgary

Ability4Good is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team. Our program provides home and community services to children (2-17 years of age) and their families. The majority of our clients are children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders. Therapy is held both in the community and at our office. Child Development Facilitator

We currently have openings available for what we believe is one of the most important positions within our organization, working as a support to families who have a child with special needs within their home. This position, as Child Development Facilitator, assists families in reaching their goals and is supervised by a multi-disciplinary clinical team. A successful candidate will be energetic, have experience working with special needs children or demonstrate a willingness to learn. Physiotherapist - Calgary

Ability 4 Good is a community-based service provider that is committed to enhancing the lives of children and families. We provide in home services utilizing a play-based approach along with community aide facilitated group programs, respite and Triple P Parenting programs. We are currently recruiting a part-time Physiotherapist to work with our creative and multi-disciplinary Specialized Services Team as well as our Behavioral Developmental Aides. Time commitment would be 5-8 hours per week. The majority of our clients are children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders. Applicants who are independent and self-motivated, with strong teamwork and communication skills are encouraged to apply. Applicants must have the ability to develop and implement service plans in collaboration with both the families and the members of the multidisciplinary team.
