Lindsay’s person-centered therapeutic approach aims to empower families by providing support, understanding and collaborative goal setting. She has a Bachelor of Arts (honours) degree in Psychology from York University, and a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Lethbridge. She is currently working towards becoming a Registered Psychologist within the province of Alberta. She has experience providing individual, couples, family and group counselling for clients of all ages experiencing diverse mental health issues. In her role as a Behavioural Consultant, she provides and teach families behavioural strategies that will help them achieve their goals.
Lindsay has developed a passion for working with children and families through the use of behavioural and play-based interventions. Her areas of expertise includes depression, anxiety, self-esteem, eating disorders, physical/ health disabilities, anger management, domestic violence, post-traumatic stress disorder and addictions.
Hanging out with friends, hiking, mountain climbing, playing hockey and watching sports are some of the things Lindsay enjoys doing in her free time.
